- By placing an order with Little Bears, you agree to buy the ordered goods at the specified price and agree to these terms and conditions.
- If you place an order and then wish to cancel, this may be possible at our discretion, but may be subject to a processing charge.
- When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail which is your receipt of payment.
- If anything you order is out of stock , we will notify you and refund your credit/debit card.
- Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to give a full refund, providing the goods are in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. You will be liable for cost of return. We advise you return by registered post as the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.
- Please be very careful regarding personalisation as you will be liable for your own spelling errors.
- We regret personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
